The team progressed your application as quickly as they could and did speak to the lender on your behalf as you were unable to supply some of the information required. When customers are unable to supply information required, other issues are identified or circumstances change this may result in a delay to your application and the overall process. Lenders are continually reviewing their qualifying criteria and certain checks have become much more stringent when applying for any type of borrowing with secured loans being no exception. We are governed by legislation which requires us to give all customers a statutory consideration period in order to read and digest the information contained in your documents before signing, during which time the law prevents us from contact you.
