Thank you for your feedback. During all loan applications we continually liaise with both customers and third parties with a view to keeping timescales to an absolute minimum. As you can probably appreciate no two applications are the same and in certain cases some may become more involved than others, but our ultimate aim is to still successfully deliver on service. Unfortunately on some occasions we do experience delays, many of which are beyond our control. As you have rightly stated there were a couple of delays with your application which did stretch the process a little, for which I apologise. Steven Hewitt Ocean Finance
