The booking form issue was fixed shortly after this. Apologies for the problem you experienced and thank you for taking the time to explain what went wrong so we could quickly identify the required fix.

Thanks for your comments Mr Grubb. After paying the initial deposit you can pay in installments (when and how much is up to you) as long as the full amount is received by the balance due date (8 weeks before the holiday starts). For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the holiday start date the full amount must be paid.
