Hello, Thank you for leaving a review regards your latest experience with us : ) We are glad to hear that the watch is nice and we truly hope that we met all of your expectations in terms of product design. It is though very unfortunate that we deserved only one star for our service. That is very bad and we truly apologise for any inconveniences you experienced. As you may assume, we truly value in-depth feedback as it helps us to be better and improve tomorrow! As we only deserve one star for our service we kindly appreciate if you could share another minute with us to update us on your experience. Whether you wish to discuss your problems right here, alternatively, you can always write us at hello@nordgreen.com and we will be more than happy to take an extra effort to resolve any issues you might encountered with our service. Once again we are so sorry for the 1-start experience with us. I do believe the team never meant to disappoint you. Thanks once again for taking your time to reach out to us with some feedback. We will wait patiently your email in order to understand what has happened and how we could resolve your situation. Have a lovely day! Best regards, The Nordgreen Team
