Check-In Process: Our check-in process, including scanning passports and securely saving credit card details in our system, must be completed at the front desk to meet operational requirements. We arrange for the same driver to handle both your private transfer and the trip from the front desk to the property to make the process smoother and more convenient for our guests, as it avoids the need to change vehicles. While our team does not typically accompany guests to the property after check-in, they are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. Additionally, our property guide includes helpful information about the utilities and features of the property for your convenience. If there was any miscommunication during this process, we sincerely apologize.
Departure Arrangements: As noted in June during the private transfers booking, the scheduled pick-up time was 10:00 AM from the property to bring you to the front desk at check-out time, with your private transfer departure at 11:30 AM. We also offered the option to drop you off at the resort earlier to have a walk, breakfast or coffee until the departure time.
Shuttle Service: We are proud to offer this shuttle service as a complimentary feature each season, and we continuously adjust timings after every winter based on guest reviews to improve efficiency. For your stay, we even arranged private drivers for you and your family to meet specific ski lesson schedules as an extra complimentary service. While we strive to create schedules that are convenient for as many guests as possible, we understand it is never possible to meet everyone’s individual preferences. Our goal is always to make the service as fair and balanced as possible for all of our guests. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we plan for future improvements.
