No problem with the insurance - Its the way its dealt with.
Too many phone calls needed (many hours wasted ) because this is not dealt with direct. In house contacts can't make any decisions and therefore they need to contact the Insurance provider before it...

My only complaint is that the whole process on the phone seems to take an age. I guess that's just how buying/selling insurance is these days, though.

Felt very rushed and did not understand all they explained on the phone.
Took the insurance on due to not having time to research the market.
