Excellent customer service. The agent that dealt with my call was polite, clearly explained everything about the policy and resolved my issue that day.

Hi Lauren, here we are now the 21st of Feb and we still havn't received any policies or certificates in the post as promised these need to be sent to Remy Electrics Ltd. I now have customers ie, Mercedes Benz and BMW to name two requesting proof of the renewed public liability and the employers liability.
I have tried again and again to ring the 0333 number only to get a recorded message which the volume is so low you cant hear the message.
Please make this a priority.

Thank your for your response, I checked with the Manager who confirmed your items were printed and posted, so it may be that these are still going through Royal Mail, however they have
assured me a further copy will be posted first class to you when they are in the office tomorrow.
Please do let us know if you do not receive these, I have also asked the for the documents to be sent by email to you so you can show any customers in the meantime.
