Took 2 weeks to process my paperwork even though we had paid.
I paid yet it took 2 weeks before you could trace my payment

Thank you for your response, our Accounts Department could not trace your payment and asked for extra information to allow them to do so, your policy was still renewed to avoid any gap in cover. Your policy renewal date was 09/11 and I can see your documents were sent by email on 10/11.

Good service
Service is very good, I received 2 calls to remind me of renewal.. only slight criticism is that like everything, the price had increased quite a bit, even though no claims made..
