No competition to compare price
You only use 1 company to give qoute for liability insurance, there is no option/competition to chose best price. They can give what ever price they want to.

Was told that I would have the paper work and invoice with 10 mins of paying, have sent two emails to the person who detail with the insurance and still no paper work.
