Very satisfied with the course!

I loved the coaching I got in Verbier from Andy and Rob, really improved my skiing. On the downside it was a bit complicated getting in touch with New Gen prior to the course, couldn't call directly...

Hi Henry, thanks for training with us in Verbier this year. We're so pleased you enjoyed the coaching with Andy & Rob and managed to tick off your BASI Level 1. Congratulations! We're sorry you found it hard to get hold of us before the course. Unfortunately, this was when we were struggling to keep up with the large volume of enquiries and ever-changing Covid restrictions. We wanted to make sure the course could run safely and professionally. Therefore we were slower than usual at getting back to you, and we're so sorry for any inconvenience caused. We've taken this feedback on board and will ensure better communication for any upcoming courses. We look forward to being a part of your ski instructor journey. See you on the slopes soon, Henry. Melissa
