Thank for your feedback, sorry that you were unwell while you were away. We have had a quick look at the policy wording and spoken to the insurers that provide your policy and they have advised that this is something that would have been covered under Section 2 – Medical emergency and repatriation expenses (page 20- 21 of the Policy Wording). If in doubt, it is always worth ringing the claims team, we are here to help and advise.
