Good afternoon Thank you for your review. The accessibility guide on the website does mention the stairs and shows a picture of them: The stairway is narrow and twists to the left as you go up, it has 15 steps, the highest being 210mm. The stair width at its narrowest point is 620mm. The steps are carpeted with handrail in the middle. Kind regards National Trust Holidays

The holiday Cottage was spotlessly cleaned by an amazing housekeeper. We loved the doggy hamper left for us on arrival. Staff were very responsive to any call for assistance .
