Disappointing after sale service.

I received my product quite quickly so was pleased with that. But I soon discovered that it was the wrong size. It was too late to call so I got on the website & filled out the contact form....

I was happy with the ease it was to order and receive in the post.

Happy to deal with you. So easy to do on line and receive in the mail. Where I lived parts are not held in shops, so they would order and I would wait 2,3,4 weeks. Happy to cut out the middle man....
