Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you had such grief with the couriers. I have contacted our suppliers regarding this who use this courier and they have informed me that they are no longer using them due to issue's. Please accept our apologies for this.

Thank you for your review and I apologise for the couriers and we have contacted them regarding this delivery and the issue was due to the driver being held on the motorway due to an accident and was not able to go anywhere. Please accept my apologies for this.
