Customer service is far from great. Poor communication. Made countless errors and failed to communicate all the facts. Trusted them to book add ons to our cruise holiday. Transfers didn't arrive....

Everything we asked for was completed quickly. The people were friendly and efficient. Rang back on time (I'm not sure if they go home).
