My241 Rewards 点评

Very helpful and responsive. My only concern was that a hotel booking confirmed and paid under 241 was supposed to result in a specific confirmation from the hotel and that didn't happen.

It was great being able to actually speak to someone in person. So often you have to do it all by e mail etc and it is so impersonal.

service was okay but I thought I was working with the 241 which is attached to Worldmark. I would of rather used the correct on.

The customer service people were very good in their knowledge and willingness to assist.
