Hi.
We did reply to your email. I've checked into this, and the product wasn't faulty - it's just that the artwork you uploaded wasn't very high resolution. We can only print what's uploaded onto the site.
As we said in the email, we're happy to offer a nice discount if you'd like us to print another hoodie with alternative artwork.
