Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. It was very kind of you. I note in your reply you call yourself "your agent". I would have thought that as "our agent" and a category 5 cyclone was bearing down on the very location where we were booked, it may have been prudent, to go to that next step and advise us of the impending disaster so that the decision we had to make - risk life and limb - could have been better made. I know it is easy for you to wash your hands of this matter but I doubt you really can. When we were booking the trip, we only dealt with your company, we paid all the monies to your company, and now as " our agent" you feel you can excuse your self by saying the resort and airline have rigid rules. I would have thought that their "rigid rules" were your problem not ours as our dealings were strictly with you. It is confusing that you would want to send two sixty year olds to an island where further light plane flights were needed and a category 5 cyclone was in the vicinity for the whole week of our holiday. It doesn't sound to me like the idyllic holiday that you offered. Kind regards Gary Poole
