The review that you have submitted is basically untrue.
We allowed you take out new policy on 22 may with the first month free again.
The request to review which you have responded to was sent to you shortly after taking out the new policy.

I done the 22nd but then got a email saying I couldn’t insure my phone as I already cancelled but that not my fault I just wanted to change the date you took the money
