Thank you for taking the time to review our vacation home, and for bringing the air conditioning matter to our attention. We are pleased that you were happy with the home and found it spacious and in good order. Please be assured that our AC Technician did attend the home, at the time he was present the temperature he recorded was 74 degrees. We will investigate the matter further just in case this is an intermittent problem. We realise that there are ceiling fans in the two master bedrooms and living room that assist in keeping guests cool. We will, however, recommend to the home owner that it may be beneifical to install a ceiling fan in the other bedrooms as well.
