Bit hard to feet up and down

I over this chair! Got a putty coloured one for my first daughter's nursery and still use it two years later. So decided to get a grey version for my second daughter's nursery.

Product arrived faulty (appears holes were drilled in wrong location and then filled) which was very disappointing. Would like to think quality control checks are made before product is dispatched.
