I Finished The Course but for some reason was not saved the 100 % Results and i Didn't receive my Certificate.

Hi Alejandro, we are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with completing the IMIST course. Our technical support team have advised that you have not yet filled in the mandatory OPITO survey or completed the course to receive the OPITO certificate. Once both are completed, an OPITO certificate will be issued. If you have any further questions, please contact learningcentre@mintra.com and the team will be happy to help.

Good at taking money but the customer service is awful. I queried if joining instructions had been sent to candidates last week and I've still not received an answer, despite 4 emails being sent.
