Easy on line . Did not really like the price but had to have the cover as I’m Disabled so if anything goes wrong I need the help

Easy process, disappointed by huge price hike
Fairly easy process; a bit put off by the comment, when we protested the doubling of the annual cost, "Well, your car is going to start going wrong a lot more now."

I contacted the policy team over the phone initially. They sent me a code by email to use for setting up the policy online. It was simple and efficient.

Very easy and quick to purchase
Would have liked to extend for three years at this time but was told can only do one year at a time
Was disappointing as my previous Minis I could extend for longer...
