You pay your premium but claiming presents more hurdles than horse racing.
The purchasing is fine as with all years we’ve been with Mini Warranty, however when it comes to claiming through a Main Dealer it’s absolutely useless.

I had a helpful conversation with a call handler as I wasn’t able to access website. Made purchase later via website.
