Outstanding but.....

At first outstanding. Then I asked more questions and was dropped like a stone so managed to buy mesh from a direct competitor without problem when Mesh Direct said they hadn't got nor anything like...

Hi Anabel, thank-you for leaving the feedback, and I'm very sorry that you felt disappointed. After we arranged the return and refund of your first order, during our ensuing correspondence we believed that we didn't have a product which would fit your requirements. Although we are always keen to make a sale, where we feel that the product is not suitable for the application it is our policy to point this out. We apologise if you felt that this was unhelpful, however our intention was to ensure that you didn't purchase a product which was unsuitable. Kind regards, Mesh Direct.
