Whilst there is no restocking charge for private customers, we sometimes have to charge a restocking charge for returns from business customers to cover our outgoing costs of sending the goods. Although under our T&Cs we don't automatically accept returns from businesses, we always do our best to help out when goods need to be returned and try to be as fair as possible. By way of an update on the above, I have spoken with our returns team and can confirm that the 15% restocking charge will not be applied to your return. Following your initial phone call with our customer service team we were under the impression that the order had been placed by a business, however we have subsequently discovered that your order was placed as a private customer.
