This is definitely our mistake and want to make this right for you and your grandmother. It looks like the product you ordered was 16335 (convex light) and we shipped the 16355 (deep convex) . Numbers are very close but the product is different as you point out. I will be in contact with you today to see if we can do anything to win your trust back.

Thank you for sending in your review. UPS tracking indicates your package was delivered on 1/17 to the FRONT DESK of the shipping location you provided on the order. Please call us at 844-859-9400 if you have not received your package. Your order was actually placed on 1/11/18 at 1:54p and delivery on 1/17/18 is within the 7-10 day shipping you selected when placing your order. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! We are finding during the cold months especially and when packages are delivered via ground UPS or FEDEX and travel through elevation changes that the items with liquids have a tendency to "blow up" and spill out contents. It has to do with pressure changes - they don't play nice all the time with some of the liquid items we sell (like skin cleanser). Anyway, like with your situation we are always ready to make this right through shipping you a replacement item (at no cost) or crediting your account.
