Our team always attend viewings fully prepared with property particulars and relevant information, tailoring their approach to each prospective purchaser to ensure viewers are given the opportunity to explore the property at their own pace whilst having their questions answered. Whilst there were occasions when we asked whether you would be willing to assist with viewings, our records show that our team conducted the majority of viewings throughout the marketing period. There were also instances where you kindly offered to undertake viewings yourself, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, we understand that your overall experience of this aspect of the sale did not fully meet your expectations and we value your feedback.
