Had an email format which put the correct information into TripIt - formatted so it took your reference and not the flight reference.

Came back fairly quickly with answers to questions. When I rang to book, very helpful and explained everything. Whilst on the phone email confirmation came through, very prompt efficient service.

When I made a mistake with my booking the staff sorted it out with the airline quickly and efficiently and phoned be back 10 minutes later to confirm. A first class service!
