Thank you for your review Mr Agar. We were pleased to quickly agree a sale at close to the asking price. Unfortunately, this buyer withdrew when it transpired that you were no longer in a position to vacate the property. Nevertheless, and despite the property also being marketed by Taylor Robinson, we again agreed a sale and kept the chain together during a long delay on your onward purchase. We note your comments about customer feedback; although we feel that all parties were kept informed, we will of course take the opportunity to review our processes as regards telephone communication.
