Order process was good and delivery was OK. However delivery was challenging as only one man and a pallet truck arrived which found any incline, no matter how minor a major challenge.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that you feel you had too much fine material in the bag. However, our bags are overfilled to compensate for the presence of fines as stated on our website.
Super price for an excellent product. As I've said before the courier service is not the fastest but if you can ollow for this why would you want to pay more?

Thank you for your feedback. We were unaware of any issue caused by the driver. I'm am at a loss to how the driver managed to cause damage as the vehicle should not have left the public highway. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
