Phoned up chasing delivery at 4pm on delivery date. Very rude person - told it will be delivered by 6pm unless she rang. Ask if she could ring either way - totally refused to do this. Subsequent...

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you feel you were not treated correctly. Unfortunately smaller consignments such as bulk bags are delivered by a 3rd party pallet network. On occasion we are at the mercy of a poorly performing depot who do not uphold the high standards we expect from agents working on our behalf.
The cobble rejects were delivered in good, strong bulk bags on new, neat pallets. Delivery was prompt, polite and helpful (the pallets positioned exactly where requested on the drive).
