Unfortunately, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to make changes to our itineraries at short notice. However, we regret to learn you were unable to participate in an experience, and we apolgise for any inconvenience. That said; we have passed on your concerns regarding the organisation of the tour to our Operations team, to determine where changes and improvements could be made going forward. Nonetheless, we would like to thank you for providing us with your feedback.
The traveling guide, Jackie Whiteford was very knowledgeable and a joy to be with. The driver, Domenic was very careful.
