Still yet to revive the Rug-ordered in March!! Now I have an issue with a bed I purchased- came with stains and I had sent multiple pictures and was only offered $34.35 partial refund which will barely cover the cost of the stain Wichita I believe is glue and will not come out!! Replied requesting an exchange or refund and. Surprise surprise have not heard back. I have been sleeping on the couch for over a week now. Do not purchase from here. I have lodged a complaint with ACCC/ and also my credit card as a dispute, hopefully will get some sort of response.
