Bed was what we ordered. Drawers not aligned just have some minor adjustments to make. The process to purchase communications and delivery could not be faulted. Very happy customer

Easy transaction, quick delivery and very happy with product and price.
The bed was slow to arrive and not delivered within the delivery SLA. I purchased a bunk bed for my daughters birthday and it didn't turn up - no gift for the poor birthday girl!

I have now purchased twice from Luxo Living, both items were great quality, deliveries were timely and prices were very reasonable. I would definitely buy from them again.
Faulty product given to me. No prompt response / resolution from customer service. Still waiting for refund / non faulty product
