Little confusing regarding extra 99p for 24 hour cancellation, also page didn't bounce-up to display error when card number was entered incorrectly. No back button to amend order before paying.
Got no response when I pressed "pay now" on line, having correctly completed all the necessary items. Had to phone to complete the booking

Thank you for your feedback. Our IT Department has looked into this matter and cannot find anything to suggest that your payment request was processed in our system. This could have occurred for any number of connection issues. Our customer service team are always here to assist with any queries and are happy to take bookings over the phone.
