Hi Mark, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you and helping you out for your Two Moors Way walk. I do appreciate how difficult it was for you from so far away in Bermuda to try to get the logistics of this hike sorted out! Yes, I know we were out of season but you asked if it could be done and although it was all subcontracted out to taxis I know that everything went well! It is always a bit of a worry when all the work has been done in arranging something like this in the office and then leaving it to others to carry out for us! But... the taxi guys were all ones that we work with throughout the season for our people transfers and they are happy to help out as these did when we needed them to move your bags as well as yourselves whilst you were over here... so full thanks to those guys too! I have been doing my job since we started the business 10 years ago.. first I was only one of two drivers, we had no office , no bookings person, I was both! Then we expanded to cover the complete path from Minehead to Pool, then came the Moors..... we have never looked back.. we now have 50 of our own Luggage Transfers drivers who come back to us year after year... not to mention the network of taxis who we work with too all over the South West. This year I shall be taking a step back.. and will be doing a bit of bag delivering myself around where I live in Marazion near Penzance. Partially retiring to spend some time with my husband who's health is not great.. we have lots of places to see and things we want to do... both 60 this year! I have another member of my family taking over the helm here in the office.... so keeping it still as a nice friendly family business. Should you decide you want to walk part of the South West Coast Path, please give us a shout.. we would be delighted to help you again with the logistics.... but to be fair, the coast is a lot easier to negotiate... just keep the sea on the right hand side! once again, thank you for the review, we really do appreciate it!
