Good Morning Gemma, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your Transfer did not go to plan.
Our Website does advise the shuttle will depart no more than 45 minutes after meeting your representative. this is, however, an estimated time.
we are very concerned with the issues you have encountered and we would like to investigate this further.
