I am sorry to hear that you were unable to travel or claim a refund for the service you had booked. At Looking4Parking.com we act as a price comparison website and booking agent for services across the UK, we do not operate the services at the airport. As a booking agent, we are bound by the terms and conditions of the operators we sell, and as per our terms and conditions we cannot cancel or refund bookings within 24 hours of your arrival date.
In this instance, I can only suggest that you contact your travel insurance, as you have not been able to travel and therefore may be able to claim back your parking. I can only apologise that I have not been able to assist you further.
