The car parking place didn't have my details on the central system because it only gets uploaded from looking4 parking at 3am in the morning and not more regularly.

We would like to clarify that although you have booked your parking booking through Looking4Parking the service provider was Vacation Care as per your booking confirmation. I have contacted the site manager to investigate your comments and my colleague will contact you as soon as we have received a response.

Dear Barbara,
Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the overall service provided. DriveFly is not operated by Luton airport therefore any signage for meet and greet at the airport would not apply for this service and due to security reasons they are not permitted to operate from the front of the terminal building. DriveFly do wear a uniform and we will feed back to them your comments regarding Hi-Viz jackets.
