I've used Lomo a few times in the past few years and the service has always been spot. I live in Norway and would buy from them a bit more if the post was a little cheaper as I also have to pay 25%...

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you feel that way about the product. We really cant agree with most of your comments though. For the price (£45) its is a well above average suit. Your ability to get the zip up yourself has nothing to do with the suit design. Approximately 1/3 of people who try suits on in our shop need assistance with the zip. Its all to do with body shape, how well the wetsuit fits you and your own flexibility. We are sorry you managed to slap yourself in the face but come on.... your really cant blame us for that!! With regards to the areas of the suit where you say the stitching has come undone, if you feel the stitching is faulty (and you haven't simply worn through the stitching through hard use) then please feel free to return the product to us and we can repair the sections in question.
