Thanks Gael. The day before Valentine's is the single busiest phone day of the year. Every florist in the country is flat out and a lot of businesses switch to online-only or put you on hold for forty minutes. Ours does not. You rang, a person picked up, and that is the same whether it is February 13th or a quiet Tuesday in July. Woodend is a lovely part of the Macedon Ranges and the cooler climate up there means your birthday bunch would have lasted well. Glad the flowers were beautiful and glad you got to talk to someone.
