Lily's Florist Australia 点评

great communication - professional service - never let down

Lily's website was easy to use and, when they couldn't deliver exactly what was advertised, they phoned and emailed to advise of the change. I really appreciated the communication.

No follow up. No confirmation of delivery. I don’t know if the intended recipient even received the flowers.

I contacted them from UK so had no idea of what to expect. However my friend in Perth was highly delighted with them and said the lady who delivered them was lovely, and she had arranged them...

Website photos did not match actual arrangement disappointed with flowers

Easy to use. Attractive colourful bouquet arrangements. Recipient was very pleased. Delivered when promised.

Easy to use website, clear descriptions and photos. I would have been nice though to have an option to be informed when flowers had been delivered.

Excellent website. Easy to navigate and you can see exactly what you are buying.
