Easy to use online. Hope I won't have to use it. Feel safer when booking a break to insure immediatly, to which we have done .thank you.
I haven't been through a claim with these so I cannot comment on that but as far as customer service goes; when I had a query they were quick to respond and solved my problem without any hassle.
Very professional service from phone call to receiving the documents all done within a hour
