Hello! We are sorry that you felt your experience wasn't exceptional. As noted on the product description, it states: "Note: Some tabs may arrive cracked or broken within their individually wrapped packaging from shipping. This breakage is completely normal and will not reduce any effectiveness of these tablets." Breakage is normal and they are still effective. If you would like further assistance with your order, we encourage you to contact customer service at 1.800.356.3025 or support@poolsupplies.com. Thank you for your feedback!
