The seller was great and the product is an excellent quality. The issue was the shipper. Constant delays, and my box was in pieces when the order arrived.

Delivered in ripped box

The pool liner was delivered in a ripped up box that was also dented. Pool liner was not in a protective bag or anything, it was just thrown in the box.
