I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with some aspects of your stay. French regulations mean that our staff have two days off per week and we have been implementing this for the past three seasons. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. I would suggest having s it done house keeping rules on timings for meals etc beforehand but otherwise it was great. Food was really good but quite a lot...

great service from Le Ski on flights and transfers and in the Chalet Rooms (on small basic side, but comfortable and perfectly adequate) Food was good and staff and chalet hosts friendly and helpful
