Was a stressful experience on the whole. But were impressed with staff.

Great customer service, but need a more comprehensive lesson in driving the boat through tricky situations and docking in different tides and in inclement weather.

Due to extensive flooding in France we were unable to participate in our cruise.there has been mention of a discounted cruise should we return to France but no mention of a refund
