Excellent delivery service. Our dog loves the products which we usually purchase in what was our local pet store in Denby dale. Having moved to Newark on Trent we can't find it hence on line order.

Great delivery times, but an emailed to say when to expect it would have been nice. :)

I ordered 6 bags of Wheat free Puppy but got 4 puppy and 2 grain free adult both have the same colour packaging so a little hard to differentiate in a hurry I guess There was not a normal land line...

Initially the wrong product was sent but customer service was excellent and the correct product arrived within 48 hours.

Delivered quickly and correctly. I knew the product as I had been buying it locally but the pet shop has stopped selling it. Shall buy it again plus the new treats I tried, my dog loved them.
