Lakeside Hire have sincerely apologised for the problems that occurred on collection and they have made improvements. I received a call from a lovely lady called Michaela Bartlett who was very empathetic and resolved my complaint. I have now decided to change my experience to 5 stars and will purchase with them again in the future and recommend to others as well.

First class equipment, friendly staff and driver but was not given a collection slot for pickup of hired equipment so had to wait at home for collection
My request was dealt as kindly asked.
They were great even afterwards.
My whole experience with them was amazing comparing to other hiring companies out there.
I would strongly recommend them.
